FAQ'S

AFTERSALES

Luxury watch manufacturers use model reference numbers to identify specific watch models. You can find your model number on the certificate if present with your purchase.

Luxury watch manufacturers use serial numbers to identify a unique watch. You can find your serial number on the certificate if present with your purchase.

Our watches benefit from a Haki Watches 12-month warranty and any remaining manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind. Suppose your watch develops a mechanical fault and has a manufacturer’s warranty; you can submit a warranty enquiry and return it to us for a diagnosis.

If the manufacturer’s warranty covers the fault, it will be repaired free of charge. Warranty diagnosis can take up to 14 days, with the repair time quoted after the initial inspection.

Once a 12-month Haki Watches warranty has expired, if a watch has any remaining manufacturer’s warranty, we will send the watch direct to the manufacturer, who will provide a report.

If your watch is automatic, it may need winding. Mechanical watches usually require approximately 40 rotations of the crown from completely unwound — a manual watch will resist when complete, and an automatic will go on winding forever. The crown on water-resistant watches may need unscrewing before you begin. Automatic watches can run out of power while being worn if your movements aren’t sufficient to keep the mainspring fully wound. If your watch has a quartz movement, it may require a battery change.
